1. Age Restriction
• All products sold are intended for adults aged 18 years or over. • By placing an order, you confirm you are at least 18 years old. • All items are for consensual, responsible use only. • We do not sell items for illegal purposes.
2. Product Description
• Our range includes fashion accessories, body jewellery, harnesses, lingerie, and intimate apparel. • All products are sold as described, and images show the actual item on a plain background. • No explicit or harmful content is intended. • We aim for accuracy in descriptions and pricing but may correct errors where necessary.
3. Delivery & Shipping
• All orders are packed in plain, unmarked packaging for complete privacy. • Orders are sent via InPost Home Delivery Service to UK mainland addresses. • Deliveries are fully tracked from dispatch to arrival. • You will receive tracking updates by email (and SMS where available). • Delivery usually takes 1–2 working days after payment has cleared. • Tracking details will be emailed once your order has been dispatched. • Please ensure your delivery address is correct — changes cannot be made once payment is sent.
4. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations (UK‑Compliant)
Your Legal Rights
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, customers normally have: • 14 days from receiving their order to request a return • 14 additional days to send the item back
However, hygiene and safety rules apply to our product types.
Items That Cannot Be Returned (Hygiene & Safety Rules)
For the protection of all customers, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on: • Lingerie, underwear, bodysuits, hosiery • Adult toys and sexual wellness items • Any product sealed for hygiene reasons that has been opened or unsealed
These items cannot legally be resold once opened, so they are non‑returnable and non‑refundable unless faulty. This is fully permitted under UK law.
When We Do Accept Returns
We will always accept returns or issue refunds if: • The item arrives damaged • The item is faulty • The item is incorrect • The item is not as described
This is required under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
How to Report an Issue
Please contact us as soon as possible (ideally within 48 hours) with: • Your order number • A clear photo of the issue
Verified issues will be resolved with either: • A replacement, or • A full refund
Return postage is covered by us where applicable.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
5. Safety & Use
• All items are designed for responsible adult use only. • Please follow any instructions provided and keep products away from children. • Items are made from body‑safe materials, but customers are responsible for correct and safe usage.
