1. Are all your items brand new?

Yes, everything I sell is brand new with tags. Nothing is pre‑worn or second‑hand.

2. Do you offer discreet packaging?

Always. Orders are sent in plain pink postal bags with no logos, no business name, and no mention of what’s inside. Your privacy is 100% protected.

3. How fast do you dispatch orders?

All orders placed before 1pm are dispatched the same day. Anything after 1pm goes out the next working day.

4. How long does delivery take?

Standard UK delivery usually takes 2–4 working days. You’ll get a confirmation email once your order is on the way.

5. What sizes do you stock?

Most items are available in sizes 8–18. If a size is out of stock, it will be shown on the product page.

6. Do you accept returns?

Yes — you can return unworn, unused items within 14 days of receiving them. For hygiene reasons, certain items (like toys or opened underwear) can’t be returned unless faulty.

7. What payment methods do you accept?

You can pay securely using:

All payments are processed safely through trusted providers.

8. Do I need to show ID to order?

No. You do not need to upload ID or verify your age. Lingerie and adult accessories do not require ID checks.
